No stains, holes, pilling, snags, or fading as far as I can find, although the pattern makes it difficult to tell. No stretch at all, measurements are shown in the photos. From a nonsmoking home with 2 dogs. I believe this is from Sears, but the tag has been cut and I am not certain.
