It is trimmed with scallaped floral lace at the hem.. Labeled a size Petite. See measurements for more info. Made in the USA of 100% Nylon. Machine washable. Coquette Girl, Mod, Retro, Pin-Up, Rockabilly, Cottagecore, Grannycore Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements for chest, waist and hips are doubled. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement. Waist - stretches 22" - 24" Length from waist to hem 24" Hips 36" ~ Excellent Vintage Condition ~ No issues. Beautifully made.
