Old Plastic and these are really neat, but vintage and cheaply made and are for display only. These are old stock from a distributor, that was never given out and is new old stock, with very storage blemishes from sitting around for decades in a warehouse, most are Still in the original bags(chance of minor marks or minor dirt, but never used) These are for adult collectors and should NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed....They are brittle and if worn, could/will crack and cause a choking hazard.
