Hand Painted It features lines and squiggles all around the perimeter.The white squiggles are raised and give the surface a nice texture.The design features a combination of dragonflies/butterflies/ladybug. It is in very good condition.It has crazing around the glaze (this is a normal occurrence for these Zimbabwe pieces; possibly from being in heat after they were made).There are a couple of reddish/pinkish paint streaks on the bottom (it appears this was done when it was hand painted...and a couple of strokes made their way to the bottom).
