It's in good preowned condition with some scratches/scuffs and slight yellowing on the inside lining. There is also a little bit of fading of the black fabric which can only really be noticed when the straps are lifted on the back side. I believe this was an accessory pack to an original Nintendo 64 Mario themed duffel bag (not included), but could be used as a hip pack by attaching the hook-and-loop straps to your belt.
