Description: The sale is for a vtg. 1980 Carlsons Miniatures Victorian Bay kit. The box is not wrapped on outside. Inside, all the parts are unused. Instructions, etc....all included as if it were purchased back in 1980. My mother bought this item and never used it. There are a few miniature objects that were probably not in kit. A german nutcracker and a box of mini train carriages. My mom may have bought these items to display as she was going to make them into a Christmas display. The instructions inside are yellowed and curled at bottom and a few small tears due to age of fover forty years. Left in box untouched as she did. The box has agewear, scuffing on the bay windo pics, corners are scuffed, a small stain on front of mid right side. Under lid, there is wear on paper and edges. Some of the paper in places is missing or worn. The box is intact. The wood construction scale is 1" X 1'. 11.5" height, 9" width by 5 3/8 d. This is stated on top of box how it could look after it made. My mom was inspired by the left bottom picture; purchased from a dollhouse shop.See all pics for they are part of desorption. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant.
