I do believe I got these in 1971 when I went to Bolzano. But they could possibly be when my Grandpa went back to Italy in either 1931 or 1951 to visit his siblings. The city Bolzano once belonged to Austria, it is located in South Tirol in Northern Italy, not too far from Innsbruck. It is located in the Merano area where lies this Rametz Castle which is surrounded by Wine Vineyards, absolutely beautiful area, I just looked it up on YouTube. Wine making is obviously their main industry.These matches have been opened and used, the seal has been broken. These are quite the unique matches, very thin and tiny. Thanks for looking!
