Description: Nice vintage perpetual calendar showing the date, the day of the week, and the month. The day and month tabs on the sides turn so the correct information is displayed. There are neat period phrases displayed on the back of the numbers and can be seen in the pictures. John P Slade & Son was part of a very prominent family in the Fall River and Somerset Massachusetts area. The dimensions are 12” x 17”. The edges are made of metal and the face is made of cardboard. The condition is very good considering it’s age and the fact it’s mostly cardboard. All of the number cards are intact and everything turns and works. It’s a very cool unique piece of Fall River!
