Has original gold foil label on the top, stating "Genuine Alabaster - Hand Carved - Made in Italy"Silver-toned metal edge trim and hinge (2 sections partially broken - shown in photos)This trinket box measures approximately 5.25" wide by 2.25" tall by 3.75" deep This trinket box is in great vintage, pre-owned condition. The rough, hand carved edges show no cracks or chips that I can see. The hinge has a few breaks - shown in photos. It works properly, but feels like it's grinding (broken shards inside the mechanism), and I wouldn't stress it further by allowing it to bear the full weight of the lid when open, lest the hinge break further.
