This Mr Miser does work to a certain degree - he plays/sings the Snow Miser song, the snowflake lights toss and spin, as well as light up. However, the arm with the hat doesn't lift, and his hips don't dance. This one came with a corded on/off switch that plugs into the base, the snowman switches on with it. The single base button works intermittently. There is a switch marked "Demo On", but it doesn't work. Item requires 4 AA batteries to operate - BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED.
