Description: Enhance your dining experience with these vintage Edwin M Knowles soup plates/bowls. The set includes four floral-patterned pieces made of vitreous china with a glossy finish. The oval-shaped plates are 9.5 inches wide and come with a printed back stamp. One piece has a number written in gold, consistent with a specific set. Since this stack is very old, they come with some issues which I tried to photograph in pictures. #1. Slight chip on edge of plate. Hairline crack on edge of plates, some slight paint loss. Normal crazing.#2. Two Manufacturers Marks only, no damage#3. Light paint loss on edge, specifically the gold but no paint loss to flowers. They are immaculate. Slight crazing to the outsideof the bowl with little to no utensil marks.#4. One small chip on the underside edge and normal crazing. Bowls measure 9.5" x 7" and can be used as serving bowls, candy bowls or soup bowls.
