Description: I am the original owner of this Cousances enameled cast iron Dutch oven. I used it only for making sourdough bread in the oven. I always lined the pot with parchment paper. There is discoloration and spots from the oven use. They are not grease spots since I only used it for sourdough bread. You may be able remove them with the right cleanser, I don’t know. I have had this pot since the 70’s. I had an entire set of this cookware. Regrettably I sold the other pieces at a yard sale. I don’t know what I was thinking. This cookware has served me well.
