There is a dangle gem on the jacket so the front drapes just right....how clever! size 14 - see pictures for approximate flat measurements. I did not take measurements of the jacket as it is an open style and difficult to measure. If the dress fits, I'd assume it jacket should as well. I take my measurements with the item laying flat on a hard, level surface. The garments are not stretched or pulled. I smooth out the item just enough to remove any large creases or folds in the fabric. These measurement pictures are just an approximation.
