Solid heavy oak construction with original dark cherry finish with original gold stenciling of makers name on front. Vertical stacks of balls are released by pushing the original brass button at the bottom center, which releases the balls into a some sort of a wicker basket . This early example has the "Patent applied for" gold stenciling at top center with the company name. Mechanical button release mechanism works smoothly, top of rack has couple of holes in it where someone apparently put a hanger on it, also looks like an old patch where someone had tried the same thing before. This thing is pretty darn old, so overall in good shape all things considering. Sold as shown, as is, no returns. Measures 17" wide by 34.75" tall. Solid oak construction is surprisingly heavy.
