They are 100% double knit polyester, are flat front, have 4 total pockets, have a clasp waist, are zipper fly, and the wide legs flare out a little at the ankle like bell bottoms. The tag on the pants states 40-33 (these are intended to be worn very tight, high-waisted, and form-fitting) and exact measurements have been provided.
