Description: Vintage 2 Cattaraugus Knives, 1 Serrated, And 1 Smooth Edge, Both Are 9" Blades. I believe these knives were manufactured in the late 60's- to late 70's. Blades are 9", overall length is 13.25". Both nylon black knurled molded handles, have scratches, and some marks, from normal use. Handles have no chips, or cracks. The handles could be made out of composite, or bakelite. Blades have some scratches, and spots from normal use. The non serrated Knife has some stains, also. The serrated Knife is extremely sharp. The non-serrated knife is very sharp, but could still use a proper sharpening. I do not know which knife is older, because the word cattaraugus is different on the blades. I know the non-serrated blade is great for cutting thin meat, for sandwhiches. Also the non serrated blade has some thin grind marks, from improper sharpening. Both Knives are in good used condition.
