Dress has an amazing full blue and white striped skirt with delicate gathered waist and a tiny ruffle around the bottom. The bodice is fitted with 4 sets of fabric covered buttons and a small Peter Pan collar. Dress zips up the sidevwith a metal zipper. The short sleeves have a slight flutter cuff. Dress is in amazing vintage condition with no stains or rips, but the belt is missing and there is a small area of wear on the back shoulder and a tiny flea bite in the mid back as shown in photos. Measurements are Bust 38” Waist 28” Hips full Length 46” Shoulders 17”
