Multi-Layer integral tulle crinoline, rear full metal zipper. The hem appears factory to me, (pic), there is an additional approx. 3″ or more to let down if required. Measures Chest-33-34″, Waist-25″, Length center waist to hem-26 1/2″. Very good to excellent overall condition, several of the tips of the petals have worn with a natural color tip showing (see photo). Normal wear at the edges of the bodice (pic) & several tiny non-noteworthy tears noted at the edges of the tulle crinoline hemline (pic).
