The picture of me holding the "ruffle" shows how much fabric is on it.The dress does not have a tag. But it is still a great piece in wonderful condition. All vintage sold as is. Shoulder to shoulder 17 Waist 28-29 Shoulder to waist 18 Waist to hem 26 The bust is a tough measurement because the dress was made to hang loose and have a wide arm hole at the top of the sleeve.
