E.g a door sold complete will come with all the locks , mechanisms , regulators etc and a shell will be bare not including nothing in the door.FAULTY ITEMS :- If an event a part we have sent is faulty, a replacement part will be sent AFTER the original item has been received and checked by ourselves.
