It's very petite XS or XXS, or could be juniors sizing. No stretch to fabric, feels like satin. Layered is black velvet material in an oval shaped bib down center front and on one of the two collars. Short cropped length, fitted cinched waist, riding style shirt jacket. Buttons up front to the double collar. Buttons are primarily black textured plastic, plus one is a shiny black, and one is a sateen fabric. Curved mutton style puff balloon sleeves or Victorian or Edwardian gothic era. Slightly ruched shoulders. Pleated short bustle tail in back, tuxedo style. Perfect for a witch or Halloween steampunk costume. Interior looks hand sewn. This would be great for a deconstructed costume idea or as a project to spruce up. Sold as is in good preloved condition with some wear. There is a visible repair to one of the shoulder seams. Some threads need trimming. Some discoloration around velvet and buttons. Some stitching repair needed along one edge in front as seen in pix. Minor signs of wear throughout. /b23
