Description: Vintage WWII Cal 50 M2 AMMO Box Can US Military Ammunition MODERN US 12 x 6 x 7.5 This ammo can was found with a BUNCH more, stored in an old building that was being demolished.It shows signs of aging such as rust spots and scuffs on the outside, and some scratches/scuffs inside. Even so, for its age, this box looks GREAT! Says "MODERN US" on one side and the other side has a handle.On one long side it says "AMM BOX CAL 50M2"On the other long side, it says, "105 CAL.50 LINKED" and the rest of the lettering has been scribbled out.The box opens from the top. It locks down nicely and opens good, too, but it could use some cleaning and oil, I think.The box will need aired out and deodorized - there is a smell that comes from decades in storage. It's not a horrible smell... it's just... there.
