Left arms glue has dried & would need another drop or 2 of glue to re tighten arm. perfect for your Xmas display No makers mark but might be under felt padding on bottom will let buyer decide if they want to remove. Was brought back from a Germany trip, but without makers mark, can't be sure country of origin.
