Vintage Wooden Japanese SUZUKI TAISHOGOTO NAGOYA HARP Stringed Instrument #5

Description: Vintage Wooden Japanese TAISHOGOTO or NAGOYA HARP. This Taishogoto has been made by Suzuki and features a High Gloss Wood finish. Measures 74.5cm long x 14.5 wide x 6cm deep. In very good solid condition. Keys turn easily and show no signs of rust or tarnish. There are 27 working pegs and 5 strings. All in good working order. Comes complete in original hard carry case. Case in excellent condition. Please see photos for details. The taishōgoto consists of a long, hollow box with strings running its length. Above the strings are a span of numbered typewriter-like keys, which when depressed fret or shorten the strings to raise their pitch. It is played lengthwise and strummed. There are also electrified versions of the instrument PLEASE NOTE: All of our instruments are sourced from Japan.
