Description: This beautiful old set is actual deer antler with animals carved into each handle.The set is made by the Anton Wingen Jr. Company, Solingen Germany.The knife features an etched and colored fall scene of Wild Turkeys on the blade with a Stag and Doe carved into the handle.The fork with knuckle guard has a Stag and Dog on the handle. The steel has a Boar and Sow.The knife is 12 3/4". The meat fork is 11 3/4" long and the steel is 13 1/8" long. The set is in very good vintage condition. The only flaw I see is a tiny pit in the finish of the knife butt (see photo). The edge of the blade shows sharpening marks.
