Description: For your consideration this lovely black faceted jet glass victorian mourning bracelet. The lovely rectangular cabs are incredible as they also sparkle. Each are mounted (along with seed cabs) onto ten tiny rows of chain. The components, clasp & jump ring appear to be original although the jump ring appears to be gold filled the rest of the bracelet’s metal seems to me to be brass? I could be wrong. There is a cracked cab (including the loose half with the bracelet) as well as one on the last section near the clasp that is missing. It measures 7.5” with a bar clasp that works. I would imagine the jump ring was possibly for a charm or a safety chain? Overall it’s such a lovely piece of Victorian history with irreplaceable antique components, it’s worthy of someone’s care and love. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions. I will do my best to respond promptly. ***I try to always get the best photos possible with no photoshop, editing or filters showing items as they look in person with no surprises. I am a “seasonal seller” listing twice yearly (fall and spring) since 2007 selling both; lots & individual pieces. Please bare in mind that even with years of experience examining and studying vintage items through the ages that there are some pieces I still can’t identify & there are also flaws that I miss. If I don’t know I will tell you. It’s never my intention to mislead a buyer. Thank you so much for checking out my listing. ALL SALES FINAL
