Description: Item for sale is a vintage Verity Southall pewter-capped pepper grinder & salt shaker set. The pewter caps really give these a unique look that separates them from the crowd. Items have developed a nice patina from age and use. Each measures 10" in height. Overall very nice condition. Please note that Pepper grinder has a spot where it looks like it got too close to the heat and the varnish receded. Also note condition of stopper in the bottom of the salt shaker. This set is old enough that the rubber has vulcanized and is hard and cracked. It does its job now, but you may be looking for a new one in the future.
