Description: Small, handmade mid century bean pot from the Vallauris region of France. Unglazed terra cotta pot shows Vallauris mark and the number 40 as does the unglazed interior of the lid. Exterior of lid is glazed with a small rough spot on the edge, as pictured. Good vintage condition with signs of use. No cracks or chips on the pot. Pot is approximately 2.5" tall without lid, 3.5" with lid. Interior diameter is approx. 4".
