Description: I have several of these, and they are all pretty much in the same condition. Never used. Beautifully embossed US Army gold eagle on the front of the folder. All folders have a dollar coin-sized blemish on the front of the folder (see first picture). The paper has the eagle logo and "United States Army" printed on them. The top paper is yellow, and the others are white. Envelopes are blank. Over the years, most of them got closed due to being exposed to damp air. Free Media Mail shipping in the U.S.
