Description: Very nice condition vintage Universal Fountain Pen. I don't know much about it, save for the fact that the name printed on it in gold lettering, "Stair W. Briggs", was a gentleman who was born in the Kennsington neighborhood of Philadelphia, but moved to the Gulf Side of Florida where he had died many years ago.
