This is a quality made knife. circa 1950’s to 60’s.Two-blade senator penknife, 3-1/8” closed (plus bail).Smooth black handles. Brass liners. Nickel silver pins.The handles have very slight shrinkage at the edges; no cracks or damage.Both blades have strong snap, no wobble.Never used or sharpened, original factory finish and edges.Some minor patina. Minor handling rub marks.
