Description: A very rare and unique piece! Our family was honored to have a Ukranian student from the city of Dnipropetrovsk stay with us for one semester in the late 1990's. Her parents sent this to our family. It is signed, wooden, hand-painted and appears to be lacquered because it has a shine to it. The front features a Rooster surrounded by flowers, berries and leaves. Some of the flowers are raised as this is hand-painted. The back is plain wooden. It measures about 8.5" long and 5.75" wide. It has a black background with various colors like red, yellow, blue and green. The signature is at the bottom on the front. There is a hole at the top where it can be hung on the wall. Thank you!B-4
