No obvious signs of modifications or repairs. I do notice two screws missing from the mounting of the speaker to the chassis. All tubes are present, but as no power has been applied, I cannot confirm the filament state. Some damage to the roll top at the left side of the picture. The wood is present but is not fastened to the canvas backing. The old glue has likely failed. Leather handle is clearly frayed, dry, and crumbly. No battery.
