Description: Vintage toy clown puppet hand held pop up. It has stick that has the clown pop up as a puppet....The stick has been broken so it doesnt come up as far as I think it should. He hides in the cone until you raise his stick...with the stick that is there I dont think he pops out all the way...he is still cute..We have him setting in a glass jar just for pictures, it is not includedtop of cone is 2 1/2 by 3 1/2( I think it should be round but has been stored for a long period of time.With clown all the way pulled up he is about 10 1/2" tucked back in he is at about 7 1/2 with the stick We sell vintage, pre-owned, used items.
