Description: Great looking vintage noisemaker is tin litho and made by Kirchof. It is marked Kirchof and Life of the Party Products. There is no date but I think it dates to the 1930's - 1940's era. The design is a winking clown face. Colors are vivid. This piece has only minor light scratches from age and use. No rust, no dings, nothing bent. 8 1/2 inches long. 4 1/2 inch diameter.
