USA - Condition: used condition, with age/use wear, including scratches, scuffs, small red dot on backside, the part of the tape which isn’t hidden inside has more wear compared to the hidden tape, and the tape measure doesn’t contract on its own (not sure if it originally did, but if it did maybe it needs to be oiled (see photos).
