A pair of these filters removed from some working high end instrumentation each used on one side of the AC line. Measures about 1.5uF from either side of the filter to the housing. Scuffs Scratches Oxidation and Wear One has a tiny dent in the can. No apparent major damage of any kind. Confirmed not open or shorted.
