Description: This pocket rule served as a promotional tool for Baystate Bearings Service, Inc., a dealer for SKF bearings.These are quite fancy items - the case is real leather, dyed dark blue and bound with a shiny steel border. The rule is stainless steel, with inch and metric markings on the front and a decimal equivalents table on the back. It's stamped "GUCO 1532 - M".The condition of both the rule and the case is very good. The rule has no damage and is easily read. There are a couple of very small marks on the sliding pocket clip.The case has some signs of wear - the gold lettering has rubbed away in a few places, and there are a few little dents in the leather, but no tears or discoloration. The steel border has a little pitting in places.All in all, a very nice and presentable piece of history.
