One "GUESS" I have, is that this might be from a zoo, somewhere, and the marker designates a pick up / drop off site for a shuttle bus or tram. Perhaps is designates a camp site at a park? As mentioned, I really don't know WHAT this is, or WHEN it was made. It measures 12 inches long, and 4 inches wide. The condition is EXCELLENT and it displays very nicely.
