"How to Sew" will make a one-piece shirtwaist dress with notched collar, set-in sleeves, bodice front button closing, side zipper. Make it with button cuff long sleeves, or cuffed elbow-length sleeves. Slim skirt has a center back pleat, and full skirt view with concealed pocket and center pleat. Done in cotton or denim, a great everyday skirt. Dress it up in linen, gabardine, or wool. It's a vintage size 16. Please see my photos for a size chart.
