Clean, shiny, well cared for brass ... heavy. 38.5" Tall from base to top of finial. 8" diameter base ... it's about 25" up to the top of the "trumpet". I don't have a 3-way bulb in them, but I believe it's a 3-way twist switch. SHADES ARE NOT INCLUDED ... but I can tell you they are a black linen shade, 18" diameter and 10" tall. I think they are perfect for this pair, but you can choose to your liking.
