Description: This is an original vintage (early-mid 20th century) three-tier wall mount plate display shelf with gothic style scroll-cut fretwork sides, large crest on top, and decorative piece along the bottom. All three shelves have a groove along the length of the shelf for standing plates upright. The shelf would also make a beautiful display for a variety of knick knacks or collectables. It appears to be cherry or mahogany and has a veneer on the side pieces. The shelf is in very good condition and is solid, sturdy, and fully functional. There are a few tiny chips in the wood, but no cracks, repairs, or other major damage. It has been refinished at some point, and the finish is a bit streaky in spots, but looks good with little damage overall. There are two small metal hangers at the back top corners for wall mounting. The shelf measures 24 1/2" L x 6" D x 24 1/2" H and there is 8" of space above the bottom shelf and 7 5/8" of space above the middle. It will be packed securely and fully insured during shipping.
