Being sold as-is for parts or restoration. It may just need a new belt and cartridge, but we cannot say for certain. Looks great! There is some normal cosmetic wear and tear and weathering throughout that is consistent with it age, particularly in the abrasions in the cover. Has all of its knobs and buttons.
