The words on the front medal translate from Latin to "Saint Therese of the Child/Infant Jesus."This item is made from marble and a gold-tone medal on the front. Themedal is not removable and is marked "JB" and "Fr M Bernard." Thestand works well. This item measures approx. 2 1/4" wide by almost 4" high and is small in size. This item is vintage and has a lot of age and wear including some of the gold-tone coating on the medal has worn off and there are scuffs and dingson the marble.
