Description: We have a decent old RV bumper bicycle/motorcycle/moped or whatever carrier. It is chrome but the finish has some surface rust on it. I think a lot of it might clean off. I haven't tried to clean it at all. All the mounting nuts and bolts are there. The hoops are 21" long on the inside and 5" wide in the center. They are a good heavy-duty construction.
