The glass is textured (see photos), and there are four (4) recesses on the inner ring for your smokes to be placed. Uncertain of the maker. It'll make a wonderful addition to any glassware collection! Measurements: Approx. 9.25" in outermost diameter. Inner red ring is approx. 6" in diameter. Condition: Excellent condition - there are no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. Looks like it was never used... very well cared for by the previous owners.
