I have been led to believe it was manufactured in Appleton, Wisconsin, during the 1970s. In the position it is in when nothing is touching it, the height is slightly more than 17 1/2" and from the floor to the top-front of the seat is almost 9". The seat is slightly more than 9" and from front to back, is 9".This little rocking chair is an old item, that has been used. It is very sturdy and is ready to be displayed or used, however in places, the red paint is very worn.
