Description: Vintage Rockford Locking Spigot Valve Faucet Drum Barrel Tap. Good condition for its age. Cleaning is needed. The first 3 photos reflect actual color of the finish the best. The other photos were taken with the light on. The lever is metal. It will move up and down, however it will not move sideways to open the valve. It is currently stuck in the position as shown in the photos. At this time, I have not applied any lubricant to the valve, to try to free it up. Barn find. Has not been tested see pictures.
