Description: This item is in fair to good condition. The frame has small amounts of paint chipping on the edges as seen in photos 4 through 8. The glass is in good condition and the print itself has some discoloration from its age. The back of this framed print has some tearing in the rear paper as seen in the last photo. The artwork is approximately 12"x9" and the outer frame measurements are approximately 13.5" x 10.5" . This item came from my grandparents estate and I am not sure of its age but I do know that it is at least 40 years old, but probably much older. Thank you for shopping with us!
