They are part of the item condition description. Vintage 12" diameter Repogle Stereo Relief Globe that is at least 30 years old, based on national boundaries. Globe is made of some kind of matte material (probably plastic of some kind) that has held up better than the cardboard covered relief globe I grew up with. There are a several small spots of missing color. I have included a picture of the worst scrape. It is south of Liberia. There are slight color changes across the globe. The equator is firmly attached and is very good condition. There are several tools included. There is a disk at the top to figure out day and night and there is a plastic strip that maybe is for figuring out air miles. The bottom of the strip is torn. Please look at the pictures. Globe is mounted on plastic base with a piece of wood for stability. Globe stands 16" high.Globe is not pristine, but it is clean and in very usable condition. Everything that we sell is old and most likely used (unless specifically stated that it is NOS, New Old Stock). We will identify any condition issues that we notice. Items are sent from a smoke free home. We have two dogs but they do not get into our inventory or help us pack up items.
